Earl D. Coobs was born and raised in Northeast lowa, where the rolling hills and small-town values shaped his worldview and storytelling sensibility. For five decades, he carved out a living as a professional truck driver, logging millions of miles across America’s highways and byways. During those long stretches on the road, Earl became an avid listener of audiobooks, consuming hundreds of hours of stories across every genre imaginable.
